What is the return policy?

Items can be returned but MUST: be within 7 days of your receipt; have no physical damage; no signs of wear; tags must still be applied; returned with original packaging; no damage to packaging. How long will it take for my product to be made?

Please allow at least 1-4 weeks for your product to be made, as we make products both in and out of house. If for any reason the process of making your item is delayed, we will email you as soon as possible.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the USA both in and out of house. When outsourcing we carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are made at the highest and most sustainable quality.
